The 100M subscriber celebrity showed off his new custom-made award in his latest video.
Felix Kjellberg has surpassed the 100M subscriber mark and is the first independent creator to do so. Even though the Indian record T-Series has now claimed the crown, PewDiePie still holds bragging rights for being a sole producer.
His video has him unboxing the gorgeous hand-crafted award, which has a Minecraft block and his gaming chair. PewDiePie was definitely gushing over it as he mentioned that it feels like the community presented him with this award:
“it feels like the community is giving me an award which obviously means a lot.”
“very nice, it feels very premium and with the chair as well, so good.”
Although he’s already been awarded the Ruby Play Button, this customized plaque only adds another piece for his collection.
PewDiePie was quite happy and thanked his fans. He’ll be taking a break from making videos coming next year, but he deserves it after doing so many uploads for so long.
