Red Dead Online now allows Xbox One players to access the PS4 early access content.
This week’s update allows the Xbox One floodgate to be finally be opened for Xbox players, who may have been itching to get their hands on those PS4 goodies.
Xbox One players can now access the Ancient Tomahawk and the Showdown Mode.
This was previously PS4 early access content, as the weapon is the spotlight of the Showdown Mode. Xbox One owners will be able to try out the new mode and choose up to 5 Fence locations.
Ability Cards will also be amped to gain an additional 20% XP this week, and some stables will send Special Saddles with a 25% off discount.
The update also brings the Belanger Saddle, Caldwell Hat, Finley Jacket, Perlino Andalusian Horse, and Stenger Studded Spurs for Xbox One players.
Horses unlocked from Rank 41 and up can be retrieved at Rank 40. And hats that typically require a 30 unlock and be unlocked at just Rank 10. Pretty cool.
There will also be new clothing equips and a new catalog selection, such as the limited-time Griffith Chaps.
There will also be two new emotes for Xbox players- “Hey, You” and “Boast.” Last Stand will also be part of this update.
