UPDATE: Help Wanted has now been delayed until 5/28, as confirmed by the Steam page.
Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted release date has been officially announced!
The FNAF: Help Wanted VR spinoff was only announced early 2019 during Sony’s State of Play event. The game has now a set release date, which is much sooner than most people thought.
FNAF: Help Wanted is the VR title following the viral Five Nights at Freddy’s. The game won’t be a single game, but rather a mixture of levels from all the FNAF games.
The game has been described as a “collection of classic and original minigames set in the Five Nights universe.” This game is the first take on VR, and will be a compilation of all the FNAF games into one.
New minigames will be featured, as you sit your night as the security guard in the abandoned pizza shack. But you’ll also have to fix the broken animatronics and explore the area. And yes, the entire game will be in VR only, so there’s no non-VR version.
As you play through Help Wanted, you’ll be able to meet the familiar cast of evil animatronics, find a bunch of collectibles, and see older terrifying scenes recreated in VR.
The trailer for the game confirms this as we can see scenes from all the games compiled into one VR title- nothing short of just plain terrifying.
FNAF: Help Wanted also includes Sister Location, which will please many fans. There will also be some exclusive content just for Help Wanted.
Help Wanted release next Tuesday on the 21st, and you’ll need an HTC Vive, PSVR, or Oculus Rift to play the game.

I specialize in indie games as I think they don’t get the attention they deserve. I’m just your typical consumer who has some opinions to share. I’ve been reviewing games since I was 12. I started out reviewing them with friends on old forums that now no longer exist. Then I went to online VoDs, which I’ve lost interest in.
And now I’m here to deliver my thoughts in written format!
