Cyberpunk 2077 won’t the only game that CD Projekt Red will be working on releasing next year.
A new report surfaced stating that CEO Adam Kicinski of the developer company has confirmed that they have multiple projects all based off of Cyberpunk 2077. And they’re all currently in development.
Of course, we have the Cyberpunk we’re all expecting set to release next year. But there will also be two other games released under the same series.
One of them is concerned with a multiplayer aspect. Beyond that, who knows? Could we be getting a Cyberpunk 2077 spinoff? Or a multiplayer game with skirmish?
All we know from the report is that the CEO confirmed that there are other games being developed by CD Projekt Red and all of them are set in the Cyberpunk world. For all we know, this could even the sequel to the game, though that’s probably not reality. Or is it?
There are a total of 5 teams collaborating on the game right now.
3 of those teams are working on Cyberpunk games, 1 is working on Gwent, and the last one is working on a secret project.
We don’t know much else other than that. They’re definitely standing behind their new Cyberpunk title, but having all these projects going on simultaneously may just be what fans are looking for. They may be over delivering.
Right now, Cyberpunk 2077 has a 4/16/20 release date for PC, Xbox One, and PS4. And that’s all we know. We’ll likely hear more news about their other projects in time.
