Playable demo for Dragon Quest XI S on the docks; Exclusive goodies for participants

A playable demo for Square Enix’s upcoming Dragon Quest XI S will be released before the actual game rolls out.

During the Dragon Quest Summer Festival in Tokyo, Square announced that they’ll be putting out a demo before the full release. Fans were ecstatic, of course, but no exact ETA was announced for said demo.

Your progress from the demo will actually carry over to the full game once it releases, and everyone who participates will get a Skill Seed as an extra goody. Players who play the demo will also get a premium hero card “The One Descended from Erdrick” for Dragon Quest Rivals- their upcoming F2P card game for the Switch.

Dragon Quest XI S will allow players to go back to the world from Dragon Quest X also, which will definitely bring back some nostalgia for those who’ve kept up with the series.

You can try out the demo before the full release comes out next week. This is especially important for players who’ve never really played any of the Dragon Quest games so they can get a taste of the game before diving into it.

With all the hype, it’s easy to jump on the bandwagon.
