Call of Duty’s Alcatraz map will be headed to Black Ops 4 tomorrow.
Treyarch has been really pushing out content for BO4 ever since the game launchd and they’re showing no signs of slowing down. Last month, they added a new Blackout map to the game called Alcatraz.
This map was just a temporary thing, and was removed after a month of being playable.
Fans were displeased with the decision, so then Treyarch confirmed that the map will be coming back tomorrow, the 7th of May. Although this isn’t technically a “new” content update, it’s nice to see that they’re listening player feedback. The best part of the update is that the map will be live for all platforms simultaneously. You can join the map at anytime as soon as update the game.
Although the patch notes aren’t live yet, Treyarch also confirmed that PC and Xbox One will be getting the new content pack that arrived on PS4 last week, such as the Spectre and the Wetworks Blackout map update. Alcatraz will be back in Black Ops 4 tomorrow.
You can pick up a copy of Black Ops 4 on PC, Xbox ONe, and PS4 from Amazon. It’s the newest entry to the series and features soley multiplayer gameplay. There’s no campaign and it’s the first game with a battle royale game mode.
